i think overall it was a good update. I like the changes to boots again. And morph nerf was good, it got the misery douchebag killed haha (even tho he still raped up the rest of the game). I thought most of the nerfs/buffs were good, cept maybe a couple.
Like the heart buff, still not sure if it is gna need more. I would make the timer like 4-5sec, cus u really just wna stop constant regen when ur getting focussed.

hmm i wonder if they will make the heart like HOn where differnt bonus are for str/agi/int heros
eg:

i think something in dota that reduced cast time wud be cool. It would throw a whole new spanner into the mix

That's a terrible idea. Hp regen is so crap compared to the other two bonuses. The one thing Icefrog won't do (apart from with aghs) is to buff spell casting through items.
And if he does I'm definitely finding a new game, I'm so opposed to it.
The one thing I don't like about current dota is that wardbitches have seemingly no boots.

wtf is wrong with reducing casting time? It would make it harder to dodge things like torrent/lina-stun/leshy, or to blink dodge targeted stuns. Or dec chanelling spells time, for sf/sk etc

That's the point, I'm fully against buffing (non ultimate) spells lategame. Especially with an item like heart =/

you could make it specific for certain heroes, just like anghims. Really, im for most things that will take away the effectiveness of turtling/carry heroes. It would be good for heroes that are good early/mid game, because of their strong nuke spells, but become progressivley weaker as the game goes on. Like lina/zues etc, i guess decreasing c/d would be more useful then casting time would be.

Things like that would just mean that there were late games items to int heroes to farm towards though. I think that although that would be nice because I hate feeling that late game curve that some heroes suffer from. There would be more reason for int heroes to sit in their lanes rather than play aggressive and go roam ganking. Which I think for more heroes int heroes is their role. Surely part of the point to moves like lina/leshy stun is that they are difficult to aim. I mean lina stun does 280aoe dmg and stuns for 1.6secs with a 10sec CD, thats an awful lot of good right there. With hex, bloodstone, new ags, blink, travs even euls there is still a lot of options for late game int heroes which makes them far from useless. Giving them an increase like reduce cooldowns or cast times would just mean them playing more farm heavy and you wouldn't get people using proper carry as much. But thats just how I feel ={D
