xLan DotA competition

Anyone thinking about attending xLan? Me and a few other friends (4 of us total) are looking for a 5th to enter the dota tournament there. You'd have to register and pay by the 11th of June (fee of $85), but its always a really well hosted and enjoyable event. So, would anyone be interested in joining our team? I was planning to ask D_R in fact (cuz we're brahs) but at this point I'll almost take anyone.

Not being the richest man on the planet I will have to pass. I'm a uni student with a growing student loan so I can barely afford to pay for myself :O

My mate, who is in the clan but not a dota player "gsusfrk" or wateva is going. Pink_is_Blue is also going i think. I think i am home for it but i am not bringing my computer up i dont think. Would be awesome if we got a team of 5 of us to go one year. We could rape up in some dota lolz.

It would be awesome if we could get a team. I think I won't be there for xlan though :S (I'll be in aus for 2 weeks in the holis). BUT if you guys get a team and participate, post all the replays

I dont have a computer, i think im going to leave myne in palmy over the holz cus im flying home. Unless i get a mate to bring it up, but i wouldnt really trust that lol. Do you have to take your own computer? Im working on the friday, but i could probablyt get off early. But i dont think i will be able to sort it out in time to book.

Yeah shit, i dont trust others to trasport it really. Im not sure if im flying or im going to come up with my gf in her car. If we do then i can bring it, and take it back when i go with her flatmate at the end of holz. But computers take a lot of space and i will probly explode the water cooling. I like to keep the trasporting to a minimum lol.

What shocked/surprised/made me envious was the number of teams that were sponsored by MCC. A total of 6 (I think) teams were paid on time (just over minimum). The number of sponsored teams... 5.

sigh got a random txt from jack(gesusfrk n our clan) saying if i had paid cuase cut was in 4 hours.... arrggg didint think cutoff would be like a month before it was even going to start.
