New Rules

Here are the new rules for this section of the forum.

1) Anybody can create a topic. Please include the name of the person who the complaint is against.
2) NO OFFTOPIC DISCUSSION.
3) The complaint must be a serious one. Not just joking around.
4) Nobody may post in a topic after it is locked. Unless it was locked for a stupid reason or if they have valuable information to add.

If anybody breaks just one of these simple rules they will get a ban from the forum.
The first ban will only be a temp ban.
The second will be permanent.

I will not hesitate to ban anybody.
