Ive noticed that just about every time i AT and i come up against high lvls (22+) they rush 90% of the time. Is rushing generally a better tactic? Or only better vs weaker players or what.

Rushing lets you decide how the game is going, if you don't rush and both of you just build up, it means your opponent can decide when to fight and when all hell breaks lose. By rushing btw, you are automatically assuming you are the stronger player (you wouldn't rush someone if you thought you'd lose).
That at least, is my take on it. Psychological stuff for the win!

lol yea, i like when noobs try rush us, and they loose all their units then tp out lolz. Or loose their hero then run their units. It cracks me up. Then u just couter fuck their base.
